Just as great if not better than the GoPro brand accessories.
This is a MUST-HAVE accessory for any GoPro owner! We used it on our hike a couple days ago and it is great.

A must for GoPro owners.
I haven't used this for my extreme sport hobbies, yet. But I used it to extend my GoPro into the tree in my front yard to get a close up look at some baby robins after they hatched.

Instructions
- Attach the GoPro camera to the XShot mount
- Lock the camera at the desired angle with the thumbscrew

Tips:
- Make sure the camera lens is at eye level for best results
- If you don't want to see the pole in your picture, keep your arms and elbows close to your body and angle the XShot shaft upwards with the camera at eye level.
